My fellow Americans, this republic faces a crisis unlike any other in its history. While the lights across this nation dim, let us remember the words of Franklin D. Roosevelt: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." America shall persevere. We shall prevail. Our nation will survive, and this great land will be rebuilt.
